What Our Clients Say About Us
From the moment we arrived until the very last minute, every question, request, or little need we had was met with so much kindness, patience, warmth, and professionalism. Every single member of your team was absolutely incredible — the concierge, the restaurant and breakfast team, the reception staff, and everyone else who helped make our stay so special.
Well located. Lots of places to eat (Thai across the road is excellent). Great transport links. Unlimited spa access
Hotel located in an excellent position, clean rooms equipped with every comfort. Very kind staff always available.
Gyönyörű környezet, nagyon szép és tiszta szobák, a fürdőt imádtam és az erkélyről a hátsó udvari kilátást. Nagyon hangulatos és igényes volt minden.
Pure luxury. Highly recommended. I would stay again. Location was great and the Staff and service was excellent. My only issue was that they closed the pool earlier than their posted time.
Köszönjük a figyelmes bekészítést! Legközelebb is szívesen válasszuk a szállodát! Személyzet 5 csillag, tisztaság 5 csillag. Köszönjük.
beautiful and spacious room. The breakfast was delicious. And the spa was everything we hoped for. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Check in was smooth, room was clean and fresh a bit small for 2 people but we were only staying 3 nights so it was ok. Spa area was a blessing in the hot weather we had this week also sauna, cold plunge bath. Breakfast was excellent cooked breakfast or help yourself, there was plenty to choose from and lots of drinks hot and cold. One thing I would say in the breakfast is that the two young ladies should have there hair tied back when around food at all times, it’s so easy for hair to fall into food so if it was back this would not happen. Both guys at breakfast were extremely professional...
Really lovely hotel in quiet location. The staff are amazing and set it apart. Breakfast was excellent, great spa/ pool sauna cold plunge. Couldn’t fault it
Csodálatos volt a szoba, rendkívül tiszta karbantartott. Felszereltségével is elégedett voltam.
Staff very helpful and nice one to one service at breakfast.Complimentary drinks and tea between 4 and 6pm lovely touch. Cons : weirdly no shower facilities at the pool making it annoying to then go back to room to shower one by one .This didnt feel 5 star - especially as you have to go via reception in a gown Also small poin ts at breakfast - a more efficient toaster would help run things more smoothly. Overall great stay and would stay again .
Very nice hotel, very clean, top staff, very professional. The hotel is well located, close to the city center. The room was large and well equipped, with a kitchenette. Bright and very nice swimming pool, open from 8:00 to 22:00 during the week. Quality breakfast with lots of choices. The street a little noisy at night. We will gladly return.
Our stay at Queen's Quarter Spa Hotel was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the hotel’s stunning interior design and its prime location in the heart of beautiful Budapest...
